Afghan infiltration in Pakistan continues; Another terrorist identified

The infiltration of Afghan terrorists into Pakistan continues, with the identity of another Afghan militant recently revealed.

There has been a steady increase in the involvement of Afghan terrorists in attacks within Pakistan. According to security sources, the identity of another slain Afghan militant involved in acts of terrorism in Pakistan has come to light.

On February 28, 2025, security forces neutralized 14 terrorists in Ghulam Khan Kalleh, among whom were Afghan militants. One of the deceased Afghan terrorists has been identified as Mujeebur Rahman, alias Mansoor, son of Mirza Khan. He was a resident of Dandar village, Chak district, Maidan Wardak province, Afghanistan.

Security sources revealed that Mujeebur Rahman was the commander of the third battalion of Afghanistan’s Hazrat Muaz bin Jabal National Military Academy.

Prior to this, on January 30, 2025, another Afghan terrorist, Badaruddin, son of Maulvi Ghulam Muhammad, was killed during an operation in Dera Ismail Khan. Badaruddin had served as a lieutenant in the Afghan army and was the son of the deputy governor of Baghdiz province.

According to sources, many Afghan citizens fall into the trap of the extremist group Fitna-tul-Khawarij under the guise of seeking medical treatment or education in Pakistan. Additionally, a significant number of Afghan militants are willingly joining the group.

Officials from the Afghan interim government, including former commanders of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Afghanistan, reportedly maintain deep ties with terrorist organizations, including Fitna-tul-Khawarij.

Defense experts state that the presence of advanced weaponry among Fitna-tul-Khawarij terrorists is clear evidence of a collaboration between the Afghan Taliban and the extremist group. They assert that Afghanistan has become a breeding ground for all kinds of terrorists.

Experts also highlight that officials from the Afghan interim government are fully facilitating Fitna-tul-Khawarij in carrying out terrorist attacks in Pakistan. They emphasize that instead of being involved in terrorism, the Afghan government should focus on the welfare of its citizens, particularly in the fields of healthcare and education, as Afghans have been facing hardships for the past three years.

According to defense analysts, most Afghan nationals attempting to infiltrate Pakistan alongside Fitna-tul-Khawarij either get killed or captured. They urge Afghan citizens to keep their children away from the terrorist activities of Fitna-tul-Khawarij.
