In Lahore, individuals aiming to study or work overseas must have their educational certificates authenticated by the appropriate authorities.
Bachelor’s, master’s, and higher degrees are authenticated by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), while matriculation and intermediate certificates and result cards are first attested by the respective Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) and then by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC).
Applicants have the option to either visit the appropriate BISE office or obtain the application form online for the attestation of result cards and certificates.

BISE Lahore Attestation Fee for Matric, Intermediate Certificates
The BISE Lahore charges Rs3,200 for attesting a single original certificate for IBCC. For both the result card and certificate, the fee is Rs6,400. Below is the fee structure for BISE Lahore attestation:
