Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been accused of ‘buying’ supporters to show up outside St Paul’s Cathedral on Friday, June 3 for the Queen’s Jubilee thanksgiving service.

Lady Colin Campbell, an author and socialite, spoke to GB News about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s attendance at the thanksgiving service and subsequent departure from the reception that followed.

“They didn’t bother to show up because they couldn’t contain their wrath,” Campbell says.

“When they arrived and were booed, and they expected booing, so they had their paid band of supporters there to cheer them on, that was kind of alright-ish,” she continued.

“They didn’t appreciate being booed, but when they stepped into the church, everyone cold-shouldered them in the way that only civilised people can do when cold-shouldering others.”

Prince Harry and Meghan were seen heading into the cathedral hand in hand and sitting well away from the rest of the senior royal family members; they were placed next to Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice and their spouses, who are Prince Andrew’s daughters.
