Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) rejects Bilawal Bhutto’s offer, spokesperson of MQM Pakistan has said that alliance with federal government is for the benefit of Karachi, not for ministries.

Describing the MQM’s stance on the details, the spokeperson said that he was not satisfied with the federal government’s one-and-a-half-year performance, but would not decide for separation from the government.

A spokesman for the party has also said that MQM is doing public rights politics instead of ministries.

The MQM has demanded that Bilawal Bhutto be included in his agenda for the elimination of abuses in Sindh and especially Karachi during the twelve-year rule of his party.

Earlier on today, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has invited Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to join Sindh Government.

Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, while addressing people after inauguration of Four Mega Uplift schemes in Karachi, said that he invites MQM to join Sindh Government.

He also said that Sindh Government will provide equal ministries and number of seats.

He said that the People of Karachi knows Imran Khan has betrayed them. Karachi should be tackled with problems urgently.

In addition to this, he continued that they facilitate people, they have worked in collaboration with the private sector.

However, Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhter has said in response to Bilawal’s invitation that the party will take a decision on Bilawal’s offer.

He says that he respects Bilawal Bhutto as a party leader.
