Jennifer Lopez, the iconic singer and actress known for her glamorous style and chart-topping hits, has entered into a new endorsement deal valued at $10 million with a Turkish jewelry brand to promote their luxury engagement rings.
The 56-year-old actress and singer became the face of the Zen Diamond earlier this month, with several of her advertisements popping up on the brand’s Instagram page.
And now details of Lopez’s deal with Turkish jewelry brand are apparently coming into focus.
The hitmaker — who recently performed at an opulent Indian wedding for a reported $2 million — was paid $10 million to promote the diamond rings and other jewelry, a source alleged to Page Six.
Although that would be a massive payday for most stars, they also claimed that the deal to become Zen Diamond’s global ambassador was for tens of millions of dollars less than Lopez would normally be paid for an ad campaign.

The hitmaker made an odd choice for the job, as she has been married — and divorced — four times, most recently to Ben Affleck (pictured on their wedding day)

A source claimed to Page Six that Lopez was paid a whopping $10M for the campaign, but that’s allegedly considerably less than she usually earns for similar deals
Despite being paid an enormous sum of money for the jewelry campaign, Page Six’s source alleged that Lopez often makes much more for similar efforts.
‘She used to close much bigger deals. She used to get paid easily like $20, $30, even $50 million for endorsements. That’s why I was shocked,’ the source claimed. ‘That’s low for J.Lo.’
But the insider suggested that Lopez was looking for more than just money with the new venture.
‘She wants to stay in the news. She’s chasing her youth,’ the source claimed, adding that Lopez wasn’t hurting for money at all.
‘I think J. Lo is in a phase where she’s doing anything to stay relevant,’ they added.
The source reiterated, ‘She’s not one of those people who is desperate and needs money. She wants people talking about her.’
In a statement to the publication, Zen Diamond chairman Emil Guzelis said, ‘Jennifer Lopez is more than an international icon; she represents power, authenticity and timeless beauty.’
Lopez may be an odd choice for a global ambassador who partly advertises engagement rings, as she has been married — and divorced — four times.Throughout those relationship, the Out Of Sight star has collected six engagement rings in total.
She most recently wed her longtime on–off love Ben Affleck in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a larger ceremony at his Georgia estate in August of that year.
The two had gotten back together in the spring of 2021, following his divorce from Jennifer Garner years earlier and her split from Alex Rodriguez in early 2021, and the couple got engaged in April of 2022.The two had already split by the time she began dating Affleck the first time in 2002, but their divorce wouldn’t be finalized until January of 2003.
The performer’s first marriage was to the Cuban waiter Ojani Noa, whom she married in February 1997 before their divorce was finalized less than a year later in January 1998.
Lopez has an engagement ring from each marriage, as well as a second ring from Affleck from their first unsuccessful engagement.
But the If You Had My Love singer also received a ring from her high school boyfriend David Cruz, to whom she got engaged in the mid-1990s, though they never tied the knot.

Lopez was previously married to the singer and actor Marc Anthony — with whom she shares her twins Max and Emme — from 2004 to 2014; pictured in 2007 in LA.
