Babar remained at the top of both the T20I and ODI batting rankings, according to the most recent rankings published by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday.

The Pakistan captain has eclipsed Kohli as the longest-serving No. 1 T20I batsman. Previously, Kohli held the record by holding the top rank for 1013 days.

Babar maintained his position as the fourth-ranked Test batsman. He is the only batter currently ranked among the top four in all forms.

In the most recent ICC rankings, Imam ul Haq and Mohammad Rizwan maintained their second-place positions in ODI and T20I, respectively.
