
Hafiz Naeem elected as Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami
LAHORE: Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has been elected as the new leader (Ameer) of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JIP), replacing Sirajul Haq. The election was conducted by the party’s Majlis-e-Shura, with approximately 45,000 party members from across the country participating in the voting process. Additionally, around 6,000 female members of the party also participated, resulting in an overall turnout of 82 percent. Hafiz
