Amid rising global petroleum prices, the government is set to increase petrol prices in Pakistan for the third consecutive time as part of its bi-monthly revision. According to the report, petrol is expected to rise by Rs1.24 per litre, effective from February 1. Similarly, diesel prices may increase by Rs4.49 per litre. The hike is attributed to shipping disruptions in
