TEEN MOM Kailyn Lowry’s secret boyfriend has been discovered, after the reality star kept the passionate affair a secret for “years,” according to The Sun.

Kailyn, 30, filed a defamation suit against Briana, 27, in June after she claimed the actress “physically battered” her baby daddy Chris Lopez.

In court filings, Briana claimed that her co-star did not appear on an episode of Teen Mom 2 last season because she did not want to address the offensive touching charge, which was eventually dropped, on camera.

Kailyn responded by saying she declined to film because she wanted to keep a love connection discreet.

The mother of four disclosed her secret boyfriend, Malik Montgomery, in a court deposition acquired exclusively by The Sun on February 17.

“I declined to film about a person I was seeing,” she stated in her deposition. Malik Montgomery is his name.

“I’ve had multiple romances on the programme collapse, and the mere involvement of trolls in my relationship has lead me to not want to have any form of public connection.”

In court filings back in August, Kail stated she was in a relationship, but she opted not to reveal his identify at the time.

“I have been in the public eye since I was a youngster,” she stated in the legal docs. I’m almost 30 years old. While I had previously permitted shooting in my house, I recently requested that the Series not film about someone I have been seeing.

INSIDE THE ROMANCE

Malik was seen walking a dog outside Kailyn’s Delaware house about 1:30pm in late June 2021, according to the Sun.

“He’s her lover of over a year,” a source told The Sun of their summer romance. He assists her with everything, even child care.

“She doesn’t want the general public to know anything about him.”

Malik has been in Kailyn’s life for quite some time, since he tweeted a photo of them in a pub in January 2019.

Over the years, the two have often been captured in group shots.

He is a “company owner” who also works in customer service, according to his social media.

Their present relationship status, though, looks to be in flux.

Kailyn has regularly commented on his images throughout the years, most recently on March 10, “So excited!! When he acquired a new automobile, he said, “Congratulations.”

They then ceased social media following each other.

On March 13, Malik disclosed in a video that he is single.

“I’m single now,” he explained. For a lengthy period of time, I was in a relationship with someone. There were many ups and downs. It was like being on a f**king rollercoaster. Going into this year, I feel like I’ve spent a lot of time working on myself to be the greatest version of myself.

“It took a long time to get to this point and realize that s**t is important. What you want for you is important. It took a long time to get here.”

He continued: “I held my peace for so long on a lot of things. I don’t want to live like that anymore. I don’t want to be in the shadows anymore. I’m a man. I’m Malik.

“I’ve been quiet for so long and finally I’m at a point where I can talk about it and vent through it and work through it.”

PODCAST DEBUT

Kailyn then invited her secret lover to appear on her Barely Famous podcast on March 25 to discuss their relationship.

The Sun is unable to establish whether the podcast guest is Malik.

The mysterious man told how they met when she came to his place of business to buy something.

Kailyn was known to his coworker, and she invited them to her game night.

Kail said she “wasn’t interested in him at all,” but the two remained friends.

When she questioned him how long they had been friends before their relationship became amorous, he said, “Summer of July up to the middle of February of 2019 and 2020.”

“In the beginning of the relationship, which I would say began on March 23 when I asked you to be my girlfriend,” he said.

The “worst aspect” of dating Kail throughout their on-again, off-again relationship was the “roller coaster” of her dealings with her baby daddy Chris, according to the guy.

He stated: “What exactly does she see in this guy? I hadn’t noticed the red signs previously. I had faith in you. I overlooked the fact that you hadn’t gotten over Chris. It was challenging for you to put your faith in a new relationship.”

Chris and Kailyn have two boys, Lux, four, and Creed, one.

She has two boys from prior marriages, Isaac, 12, and Lincoln, 8.

When they brought up Kailyn not posting him on social media, he said: “It’s normal to post the person you’re with on a regular basis… Being in a relationship with you, it was irritating.

“I understood who you are and your brand… I felt like you weren’t posting me because you weren’t sure of the relationship we had.”

Kailyn said it was a “combination of both.”

The Sun has extensively covered the co-stars’ ugly court battle.

Kail’s legal team stated in her original case against Briana, filed in June, that her co-statements star’s are untrue and were made “with the intention of causing Lowry injury.”

“Defendant utilised Lowry to obtain extra media attention for herself,” the court documents added.

In court papers filed on June 25, Kailyn went into detail about their long-standing conflict, which began when Briana joined Teen Mom 2 in 2017.

Briana, according to Kailyn, “has a history of making false public claims on Lowry’s family life,” including reportedly responding to a Twitter user who said, “[Lowry] gets beat the f**k up by Chris in front of her kids.”

Briana said she was left out because she “committed aggressive, bodily offences against Mr. Lopez.” Defendant further claimed that Lowry was arrested for breaking and entering Mr. Lopez’s mother’s home.”

Kailyn, according to Briana, “didn’t want to videotape” the alleged encounter.

Kailyn said she did not break into Chris’ mother’s house or assault him.

She claimed that the remarks “threatened” her “capacity to earn a living” and that she experienced “personal humiliation and emotional suffering” as a result of them.

She asked for $30,000 in damages, reasonable costs and lawyers’ fees, and a jury trial.
