When one of two Idaho men tossed 35 ping pong balls that the other caught in a mound of shaving cream on his head, they recaptured a Guinness World Record.

First established the record at 29 catches in 30 seconds with Jonathan “Hollywood” Hannon, but it was surpassed just a few months later by another couple who made 32 catches in 30 seconds, David Rush, who has broken more than 200 Guinness World Records to promote STEM education.

Rush and Hannon attempted to break the record once more, this time with Rush tossing the balls and Hannon attempting to catch them while covered in shaving cream.

With 35 ping pong balls launched and collected in 30 seconds, the two guys were able to reclaim the record.
