LUNC, the native token of the original Terra network, Terra Classic, is underperforming, losing around 5.5% in the last 24 hours. When last traded, LUNC/USD was trading in the mid-$0.00014 range, down about 20% from earlier weekly highs over $0.00018 but still up around 15% from monthly lows in the $0.000127 region.

The cryptocurrency failed to maintain an attempt to push to the north of its 200-Day Moving Average, which led to LUNC’s dramatic reverse in recent days. The fact that the Bitcoin has now fallen below both its 21 and 50DMAs raises concern about the near-term technical picture. However, there are some grounds for optimism, therefore estimates of short-term price movements shouldn’t be overly negative.
