Doge Price Prediction:

Dogecoin’s price has risen 10% since the beginning of the year, owing to early bulls profiting from a last-minute selloff into the $0.06 level on December 30, 2022.

The current rally’s new highs, at which the bears profited, are unmistakable indications of their displeasure. On January 10 and 11, the bears attempted to resist the trend, and there is reason to assume they may do so again soon.

One dogecoin is now worth $0.077. The Relative Intensity Index (RSI), a statistic used to assess the strength of a market move in relation to speed and rebound zones, clearly shows the resistance of the upswing.

During the December 30 selloff, the DOGE price crossed into extremely oversold territory, which the RSI says can only occur when bears are in control of the trend.

Furthermore, the popular meme coin token has yet to outperform overbought zones, indicating that the trend has shifted.

A countertrend spike is more likely to be characterised by DOGE’s price oscillations below the 65 level on the RSI than by the beginning of a new impulsive surge.

The DOGE is currently trading at the 50% level, according to a Fibonacci retracement algorithm that takes into account the past trading range during the fall.

Prices are expected to rise to the 61.8% retracement level of $0.081, increasing Dogecoin’s market value by 5%.
