Position Title: Executive Assistant Immediate Job Opening

Job Duration: 3 Months

Salary: AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Location: Dubai

Job description / Role

The Key Responsibilities include:

Manage the agenda
Coordinating meetings with several stakeholders
Implement policies and compliancy based on declarations required
Put the expenses in the system
Managing a spectrum of administration responsibilities for the ACR
Be responsible for purchasing all office supplies and managing the stocks.

In charge of preparing PowerPoint presentations based on the request of the ACR

Profile:
