Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has decided not to restart car production as planned earlier this month. They’ve announced that their car plant will be closed from November 9 to November 14.

However, their motorcycle plant will continue to operate. This marks the third time they’ve extended the shutdown due to low inventory.

They had previously closed the car plant from November 6 to November 8. It’s possible that they may extend the shutdown again after November 9.

In another significant development, PSMC’s Board of Directors (BoD) has decided to delist from the PSX stock exchange and acquire all remaining shares.

Meanwhile, Honda has also informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that its plant will be shut down for an extended period, from November 8 to November 9.
