Meta’s Facebook and Messenger are facing a worldwide issue, causing users to be unable to use them through the app. Although the apps are still working, users are having trouble accessing Facebook, which shows only a blank white page, and the Messenger webpage won’t load in the browser.

Many complaints have been reported on Downdetector, an online platform providing real-time updates on website statuses, from users trying to use these services. Facebook and Messenger experienced the outage around 5:00 pm according to Downdetector.
