ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday sets the intra-court appeal against the decision taken for LG polls in Islamabad as admissible.

Islamabad High Court issued a notice in this regard and requested the parties in the case to respond by coming Monday.

However, the request to null and void the single bench decision was rejected.

Earlier, ECP filed an intra-court appeal against the Islamabad High Court’s decision to conduct the LG polls in the capital (Dec 31).
