Pakistani Actor Mehwish Hayat is much relived as Pakistan Super League management taking precautions despite of cancelling matches in Karachi.

Yesterday PSL announced that remaining matches in Karachi will be held at National Stadium but without a crowd.

In her tweet, Pakistani actor Mehwish Hayat wrote:

“Relieved to see this very wise move by the authorities.”

“I never wanted the matches to cancelled like some were calling for, just appropriate steps to taken to mitigate the risk in these tough times.”

She continued,

“Let’s continue to enjoy the cricket at home with family and friends !”

She urged her fans to enjoy cricket from home.

In light of the Corona virus pandemic, I think that there is a need to rethink the merit in continuing the PSL matches. Let’s not cancel them, but play them behind closed doors for TV or if they insist on having spectators in the stadium, all of them need to be screened b4 entry.

Peshawar Zalmi will play against Multan Sultans on the 20th exciting day of Pakistan Super League 2020.

Both teams will play tonight the National Stadium Karachi at 7 pm.

The match will not welcome crowd tonight as authorities have banned people to visit the stadium during the matches to avoid coronavirus outbreak.

CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah made announcement regarding PSL matches, spectators’ entry bans in the round for tomorrow’s matches in Karachi.

CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah’s Spokesman stated government decided to ban spectators in a wake of coronavirus spread.
