It seems like Tik Tok Star Hareem Shah is inspired from the famous Turkish historical Drama series Diriliş: Ertuğrul  as she has expressed her wish to play the role of lead actor Halime Sultan along side Prime Minister Imran Khan.

In a recent interview, Tik Tok Star Hareem Shah talked about her feelings towards Diriliş: Ertuğrul and how it inspired her. On talking about the character of Halime Sultan, she said she wishes to play a character like her. However here comes the interesting part. When she was questioned whom she would want to play the role of Ertugrul, she answered; Imran Khan.

Now lets see whether Hareem’s wish come true or not.

While there is a lot of debate going on whether PTV should continue to air the series or not, let it be known that The world famous Turkish drama based on Islamic conquests, Dirilis Ertugrul, also known as Ertugrul Ghazi, has  become a monster hit in Pakistan. However, Pakistanis felt much delighted to watch this internationally acclaimed drama in Urdu.

On the other hand many stars from the Pakistani entertainment industry has criticized the airing of the drama as according to them it is posing threat to the local industry.
