Meera Jee’s “Baaji” releases in UK and USA on Amazon Prime Video

Pakistan’s hit movie Baaji is now available on Amazon Prime Video for audiences in the UK and the USA.

Actor Osman Khalid Butt, who endeavored role in the director Rohail Khan’s movie, shared the news with his fans on Instagram that it’s now on Amazon Prime

In 2019 the directorial Saqib Malik was released, which also marked Meera Jee’s return on the big screen.

Baaji has been screened at several international film festivals including the UK Asian Film Festival, the Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival, the DC South Asian Film Festival, the Mosaic Film Festival, and many others.

The film has also bagged two awards at the Canadian film festival.

In December 2019, the romantic drama film returned to cinemas following its strong box office release in June.

Baaji tells the story of Shameera (Meera), an aging actress who is struggling with her career. Amna Ilyas plays the role of Neha, a manicurist who’s got big dreams.

Its star cast includes the main roles of Osman Khalid Butt, Amna Ilyas, Meera, Ali Kazmi, Mohsin Abbas Haider Nayyar Ejaz, Nisho.
