Bad news for all the US Netflix users who were using the world’s largest streaming service for free, as it has stopped offering free trials in the country.

A Netflix spokesperson said,

“We’re looking at different marketing promotions in the U.S. to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience.”

According to the details, Netflix had removed the free-trial option for the United States from its website.

An international news channel reported that Netflix has removed the option for US-based members this month, however, it has been phasing out the option for the last couple of years around the world.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, consumer behavior has drastically changed around the world, more viewers have switched to Netflix to kill their time.
