The James Bond actor Sir Sean Connery has passed away at the age of 90, his family confirmed the news of his death.

The Scottish actor was famous for his role as James Bond, as he was the first person to play the character on the big screen and appeared in seven of the spy thrillers.

His son told that,

“Sir Sean died peacefully in his sleep, while in the Bahamas, having been unwell for some time.”

Sir Sean’s famous movies include The Hunt for Red October, Highlander, Indiana Jones, the Last Crusade, and The Rock.

“We are all working at understanding this huge event as it only happened so recently, even though my dad has been unwell for some time,” his son said.
