Lana Del Rey covers ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ by Rogers & Hammerstein for an upcoming documentary. The true to life film is based on the English soccer team Liverpool FC.

The rhythm from the musical, Carousel, has become the adopted anthem for fans of the Premier League champions.

Lana posted a monochrome clip of her singing the song in the studio with a caption reading, “For the new documentary about Liverpool.” Reports have suggested that Lana’s a cappella version of the song will also appear on an album of standards which she is planning.

The renowned dream pop artist delayed the release of her latest album ‘Chemtrails Over the Country Club’ due to logistics issues surrounding the vinyl making process. Her album was scheduled to drop in early September but will now be available in January.
