The UK police raided singer Zayn Malik’s sister’s wedding and shut the event for breaching the coronavirus health protocols.

According to the videos of the event that are making rounds on social media, the guests could be seen practicing no social distancing while congregating and hugging.

The homemade footage also shows the build-up to the ceremony including bride Waliyha stopping off in Asda just minutes before it took place.

Zayn’s sister Waliyha and ex-jailbird Junaid Khan’s wedding was attended by over 40 people at Safaa Malik’s home in Tier 3 Bradford.

Reportedly, the singer himself had skipped his baby sister’s big day along with their father Yasser who was also nowhere to be seen.

The neighbors called officers, who turned up at the event at 6 pm – with a number of people issued fines.
