South Korea’s Chanyeol has made headlines by surprising EXO-L with a sweet letter late last night.

The letter mentioned an event from the past. Someone claimed on October 29 that she is Chanyeol’s ex-girlfriend. Someone post an anonymous post in which she claimed that she had dated the rapper for almost three years and they broke up. She accused him of cheating on her with over 10 other people. The post has been deleted.

SM Entertainment had responded to the claims. They said that they have no official confirmation regarding the post. The story created an outrage among fans and they extended support for Chanyeol.

However, Chanyeol shared a letter dedicated to the EXO-L community. He apologized for causing them concern.

He mentioned that he was very worried about EXO-L and wanted to connect with fans through a letter. He also thanked his fans for standing by his side since his debut. He pledged not to let down the faith and belief. In the end, he said that he will not forget the beginning of his journey and he will not forget the mindset at that time. He hopes his fans stay healthy.
