Actress Mehwish Hayat has confirmed that she will play the lead role in a biopic on the life of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.

A few days ago speaking on a private television program, the actress had said that the film on the life of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto is a big project which needs time to be prepared.

Mehwish said that since I have signed the NDA (Non-Closure Agreement) I can’t say much but I must say that the script of this project is currently being worked on and soon it will be in the production stages.
