Nayab was a Pakistani model who was born in 1992 and died at the age of 29^th.

While talking to media persons, Lahore Investigation DIG Shariq Jamal said “Nayab was found strangled at her house at Phase-V in the Defence Housing Authority, Lahore, in July and a case was lodged against unidentified killer”.

He further said that “during the course of an investigation, the police finally traced the blind murder case and arrested her stepbrother, Mohammad Ali Nasir, who was involved in her killing”

According to the DIG, the suspect as opposed to her desire to pursue a career in modeling and planned her murder.

He said Nasir put a drug in her lunch and strangled her with her dupatta after which she passed out.

The investigation police had collected some evidence against her stepbrother from the crime spot including her dupatta, a knife, and the drug, and sent them for forensic analysis.
