Kino MacGregor is an American Yoga Teacher who was born on  12th September 1977, in America she has an Ashtanga Yoga teacher.

She is an inspirational speaker, she became one of the youngest people to receive the certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga.

“To keep practicing beyond the novelty of alternative routes to health and spirituality requires a deep personal commitment to the inner work of awakening. If you’re in just to stretch and bend and show off what fancy shapes you can make, sooner or later the appeal of the practice will wear off. It’s in that moment when yoga begins. If you get on the mat to prove something or win approval of some sort, yoga will start to happen at the moment when you have nothing left to prove and no one left to win approval from.”
