Actor Zara Tareen walked down the aisle with Pakistani-American actor Faran Tahir, widely-known for his roles in Hollywood blockbusters like Iron Man and Star Trek.

The couple kicked tied the knot in an intimate Nikkah ceremony last night, complete with marigolds and lots of smiles. A number of celebs galore including Nausheen Shah, Irsa Ghazal, Ali Tahir, among others attended the function.

Pictures and videos from the occasion are doing round rounds all over social media and the netizens are happy to see the bride all-smiling and enjoying her big day to the fullest.

The blushing bride donned a red and gold embroidered lehenga with a full-sleeved blouse having heavy gotta work all over. She chose her hair tied in a bun and teamed up her attire with heavy jewellery and dewy makeup, smokey eyes and nude lips. While the dapper groom donned an all-black sherwani.

In one of the videos, Zara Tareen is one fun bride dancing away at her nikkah. She was seen hitting the dance floor with her friends and fellow stars.

Earlier, Zara’s sister, actor Hira Tareen had shared pictures from the Mehendi ceremony. Hira wrote in the caption, “The festivities begin for the wedding of my beautiful sister Zara and equally beautiful and awesome human being jijoo Faran Tahir! Two loving families unite. May Allah bless us all!”

Faran commented underneath the post, “I am the winner here. Not only did [I] find my heart’s peace, I have become part of the most beautiful family,” with Zara commenting with a heart emoji.
