On grounds of blasphemy, a Sri Lankan factory manager was tortured to death. He was employed as a manager at a private sportswear manufacturing facility, according to social media accounts.

The victim was killed by factory employees, according to District Police Officer (DPO) Umar Saeed Malik. The police have arrived at the scene of the incident, according to the DPO.

The man’s body was publicly burned after he was killed, according to a video circulated on social media.

Priyantha Diyawadana was his name. He started working at the factory in 2010 and hasn’t left since.

According to reports, the Sri Lankan national tore posters off a factory wall that had religious material written on them. He took it down from the wall because posters were not permitted there. Hundreds of people gathered after the poster was taken down, carried him outside, killed him, and then burned his body.

Mahira Khan, an A-list actress, took to Twitter to express her anguish and disbelief at the tragic tragedy. The Raees diva tagged Prime Minister Imran Khan and asked him to respond.
