Bollywood diva Sonam Kapoor has announced that she and her husband Anand Ahuja are expecting their first child.

“We can’t wait to welcome you,” the Neerja actress and Anand wrote on Instagram, announcing the happy news.

They said in a joint post: “Four hands. To raise you the very best we can. Two hearts. That will beat in unison with yours, every step of the way. One family. Who will shower you with love and support. We can’t wait to welcome you” followed by numerous heart emojis.

After his daughter confirmed she was expecting her first child, Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor claimed that he was now prepared for the most ‘exciting’ job of his life.

Taking to Instagram, the Malang actor reposted the stunning photos of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja and said, “Now preparing for the most exciting role of my life – GRANDFATHER!!”.

He further said, “Our lives will never be the same again and I couldn’t be more grateful! @sonamakapoor & @anandahuja you have made us happy beyond measure with this incredible news!”
