Michelle Heaton took to Instagram on Monday to disclose her toned physique as she kick started her new diet and fitness regime ahead of her summer holiday. 

Following a double mastectomy in 2012, the actress had breast reconstruction surgry last month and published photos of herself in a figure-hugging gold swimsuit.

As she prepared for a trip to her outdoor sauna, the actress smiled for the camera and assured followers that it ‘wasn’t freezing.’

The diva flashed a thumbs up and displayed her joy for the camera while proudly displaying her nicely toned arms and legs.

The gold suit was finished with a white trim and paired with a pair of vibrant orange slider sandals.

Michelle’s pleasant face was concealed by a pair of over-sized black sunglasses, her long hair knotted in an untidy bun.

A hefty box of protein beef jerky was also in the photo, which the star later revealed was an important part of her diet.

Singer Michelle had previously shared shots of herself working hard in the gym, where she colour-blocked skin-tight raspberry leggings and a mulberry cropped top.

As the brunette beauty practised sit-ups and squats, her hair wet from the hard work, her brown-chocolate Labrador slept at her feet.

The 42-year-old also fashioned a pair of neon-print Nikes, which were embellished in an ombre style.
