The transitions of Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton into their royal responsibilities are being studied.

Expert in body language Meghan, according to Darren Staton of Express.co.uk, was more confident in her new roles than Kate, who took her time to open up.

“Naturally, Meghan didn’t appear to have any confidence concerns when it came to speaking with other royals or walking out publicly and engaging with the media, given her history as an actress.”

“It’s fair to say that in the early stages of her relationship with William, Kate was far more apprehensive around other members of the royal family than Meghan was when she first started seeing Harry.”

“Kate has had to ease into her role as a member of the royal family over a considerably longer period of time.”

In 2022, Kate’s confidence has really blossomed as the duchess made recent solo trip to Denmark.

He said: “Although she now appears super confident both with and without William by her side while attending events, there were times previously where she exhibited signs of introversion and lacked the confidence she now has.

“For instance, in the early days of her engagement to William, Kate would bite her lower lip – a gesture children usually make and often carry into adulthood.

“It’s known in psychology as a self-reassurance gesture and it’s something a person does when they are feeling less assured in a given situation. ”

Meghan, on the other hand, sometimes tends to overpower own husband Prince Harry.

He added: ” One thing that denotes Meghan’s confidence is a move she has made on multiple occasions when appearing alongside Harry.

“She has been seen to place her arm around Harry’s back or the flat of her hand on his back.

“This is known as a power gesture, yet Meghan appears to use this as a form of comfort and reassurance instead, as it’s Harry who seems more uncomfortable with the increased attention that comes with being a royal.”
