Ghostbusters star Bill Murray paid tribute to Reitman during the segment. and Jamie Lee Curtis and a lovely dog walked the stage to honour Betty White, who was not just a Hollywood icon but also a longtime animal lover. Jill Scott closed the tribute by saying, “Friends, family, classmates, individuals, we all know there will be loss.” “This is where we must pay tribute to the legacies. The memories that delighted us and reminded us of ourselves. This is where we thank the lights, where we proclaim their names, and where we clap our hands.”
