A SUPREME COURT JUDGE has determined that portions of some papers in Prince Harry’s action against the Home Office will stay confidential.

Prince Harry is appealing the government’s decision to deny him police protection during his trips from the United States, claiming that he “does not feel safe.”

The High Court in London heard an application by both Prince Harry and the Home Office for some sections of the court records in the case to be kept confidential during a preliminary hearing last month.

The Duke and the Home Office, according to the court, agreed on what should be suppressed from witness testimony.

Mr. Justice Swift ruled today that the request to redact documents was approved.

Mr. Justice Swift, speaking on the judgment, noted that part of the evidence used in the case concerned the security measures for Prince Harry and other public people in the UK.

“For obvious reasons, such material is normally kept secret,” he explained.
