Blac Chyna’s request to redo her testimony in the Kardashian-Jenner trial is denied by a judge

Blac Chyna’s request to redo her testimony in the Kardashian-Jenner trial is denied by a judge
The judge denied Blac Chyna’s request to redo her testimony in her lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family on Thursday.
The model, 33, has filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, accusing them of cancelling the second season of her reality show Rob & Chyna.
Chyna, real name Angela White, had asked to redo her testimony after feeling triggered by the Kardashian-Jenner family’s lawyer, Michael Rhodes, who showed the model’s naked photos during her initial cross-examination.
Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s attorney, argued in court that seeing the intimate photos – which were included in the 2017 restraining order request she filed against Rob Kardashian – had an impact on Chyna’s testimony.
Judge Gregory Alarcon denied Chyna’s request to retake the stand. He stated that the plaintiff had already testified for 11 hours and had plenty of time to raise additional issues and concerns.
Alarcon reminded the jury of 12 that each defendant should be treated separately.
The judge also told jurors that they should consider whether Chyna purposefully concealed her finances by failing to provide any financial statements, tax returns, or other documents pertaining to her income or expenses, despite being given nearly six years to do so.
