Demi Lovato teases her upcoming album, saying, “It’s my absolute best yet.”

Demi Lovato is ecstatic about their impending eighth studio album, which she calls “so proud.”

On Thursday, the Sober singer, who uses they/them pronouns, shared a message on their Instagram Stories regarding the yet-to-be-announced project.

Demi wrote, “Getting emotional listening to my new album because I’m so proud of it.” “It’s my aabsolute best yet, and so representative of me, where I started and who i am today.”

Demi’s remark was accompanied by a video showing the two of them singing along to a song.

The 29-year-old had shared a preview of another song with lyrics the day before “Sure I’m sober now, and everybody’s proud, but I miss my vices. Am I going to die trying to find my happy ending?”

Demi clarified on Friday that the lyric was about a difficult period in her life.

“Yesterday I posted a song called Happy Ending and even though (sic) I wrote this in an incredibly dark place I’m so grateful that I’m no longer in that low, cold and lonely place,” the star continued. “I’m sure that no matter what happens in my life… my happy ending is never having to fall into bad habits again.”

Demi has been candid about her mental health issues and addiction battles in recent years, including a heroin overdose in June 2018.

Afterwards, the singer said, “I can”t wait for everyone to heaar. i love you all.”
