Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN” turns 5.

Kendrick Lamar is regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time by many hip-hop enthusiasts.

King Kendrick carved out his own niche in the hip-hop world. With Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, Lamar made his mainstream debut in 2012.

Section.80, his debut studio album, was released after the project. The rapper went on to release two additional albums, To Pimp a Butterfly in 2015 and DAMN in 2017.

DAMN is quite different from To Pimp a Butterfly. It was nominated for Album of the Year and won Best Rap Album at the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
