Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are rumoured to be considering a second house in New York. The couple retired from royal duties in 2020 to pursue a new life in the United States and currently reside in a California house.

According to the Daily Mail, Harry and Meghan are considering renting an apartment near the United Nations offices in Manhattan.

During a tour of New York in September, the Sussexes paid a visit to the United Nations, where they met with Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed.

Ms Mohammed tweeted afterwards: “In conversation with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

“Sharing how to engage on issues we care about deeply: climate action, women’s economic empowerment, mental wellbeing, youth engagement and vaccine equity.”

It should be noted that the couple’s first public appearance together since the birth of their daughter Lili in June was the New York tour.
