Prince Harry participating in the Invictus games poses a considerably greater risk than attending his grandfather’s burial, claimed Former Met Inspector Ken Wharfe.

“I’m mystified as to why Harry believes he would be safer in the Netherlands than in the UK,” Mr. Wharfe told MailOnline.

“He would have gone to his grandfather’s memorial service with his brother or father and got Met protection.”

“It’s not like he’d show up to Westminster Abbey on a bicycle.”

Previously, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle skipped PrincePhilip’s memorial held in the UK due to security reasons. Harry claimed that his family faces threats due to which he requires increased security to attend the memorial.
