Every day, SS Rajamouli’s RRR draws closer to the 1000 crore mark. In just 13 days, the worldwide box office collection has surpassed 940 crores.

However, with the addition of satellite and internet rights, the producers are sure that it will reach the 1000 crore mark.

The filmmaker has already thrown a huge party to celebrate the film’s tremendous success.

The film’s acclaimed writer, K V Vijayendra Prasad, has notified the media that a sequel is in the works.

He claimed that he had discussed the sequel with Jr. NTR and SS Rajamouli. At Rajamouli’s success celebration, his father informed the press that the film may be turned into a franchise with a sequel shortly.

With the success of RRR, Rajamouli is currently focusing on his film with Mahesh Babu. The film is said to be an adventure epic set in a forest.
