During their divorce, Kim Kardashian said that her ex-husband, rapper Kanye West, criticised her for her dress choices.

The SKIMS founder, 41, admitted to having ‘panic attacks’ before dressing for an event on the most recent episode of Hulu’s The Kardashian.

Kim revealed that the Donda rapper compared her stunning costume to a cartoon figure Marge Simpson, which she wore to the Wall Street Journal’s Innovator Awards.

She admitted to her sister Kourtney Kardashian that she had reached a point in her marriage when she often sought West’s input on her clothing.

“I got to a point where I would ask his advice for everything down to what I wear. Even now I’m having panic attacks, like what do I wear?” she said.

She went on to explain that he styled her for her performance on Saturday Night Live in October 2021, but that she chose her own clothing.

“Were you nervous?” Kourtney interjected to ask, with Kim responding, “So nervous. For The Wall Street Journal magazine, I won the innovator award for SKIMS, and I was like ‘How do I wear something that hasn’t been pre-vetted first?’”

Following her divorce, the mother of four talked more about striving to develop her own particular style.

“I think that fashion has always been something that I’ve always been really into, but I’ve never been the creator. I definitely see what I like, but I’ve never really been the visionary,” she said in a voiceover.
