Brooklyn Beckham, who attended his first Met Gala after marrying Nicola Peltz, almost avoided an unpleasant meeting on Monday night.

The pair, dressed to the nines, made their first public appearance since their $3.5 million wedding in Palm Beach, Miami, Florida.

However, the night might have been a shambles because the 23-year-old chef’s girlfriend Cloe Grace Moretz was also among the VIP attendees, according to Hello Magazine.

Moretz, dressed in a shimmering platinum overcoat with an undone tie and white slacks, strolled down the same red carpet as his ex-boyfriend and his wife.
Beckham and Moretz were together for four years between 2014 and 2018.

“Break-ups are terrible across the board,” the 25-year-old actor told The Sunday Times’ Style magazine, “but when every verified account on Twitter tweets anything about me, I get tagged.”

“Every important publication has been validated.” So if they post something about a certain connection, it shows up on my phone, which is how I find out about 90% of the time,” she explained.
