Amber Heard, an actress, has accused Johnny Depp of attempting to ‘choke’ her on a boat.

The claimed event occurred in 2013, on a family vacation with his teenage children in the middle of July.

The couple, as well as Depp’s children Lily-Rose and Jack, were on their way to the actor’s own Bahamian island.

Ms Heard stated to the Fairfax, Virginia courtroom that the trip was a “goodbye” to Depp’s Yacht, which he wanted to sell to JK Rowling.

She said Depp had a coffee cup full of booze and grew furious when his daughter saw.

Depp “playfully” launched himself off the boat “like a dead fish” at that time, startling the 14-year-old, who burst into tears almost instantly.

Ms Heard was allegedly choked after her ex accused her of telling his daughter about the liquor stash.

“He slams me up by my neck and keeps me there for a second and tells me he could [expletive] kill me and I was an embarrassment,” Ms Heard claims.

“I was very, very, very much in love with this entire family now,” he said, “and he’s saying I’m embarrassed.”
