Kanye West’s fourth lawyer has opted to resign from the rapper’s divorce battle against Kim Kardashian, indicating that the artist is having difficulty getting along with his counsel.

Samantha Spector, according to The Blast, has filed paperwork to resign as his attorney, alleging a “irreconcilable breach in the attorney-client relationship.”

Meanwhile, the Donda 2 rapper will be represented by a divorce lawyer in Pennsylvania who does not specialise in divorce cases.

Spector, who previously represented Amber Heard and Dr. Dre’s ex-wife Nicole Young, was retained by West in response to his charges that the Skims founder barred him from visiting his children.

The rapper also chastised his ex-girlfriend for allowing their daughter to use TikTok.

Kardashian replied publicly to her ex-statements, husband’s saying, “As the parent who is the primary provider and caretaker for our children, I am doing all in my power to safeguard our daughter…

“While simultaneously enabling her to express her creativity in whatever media she chooses with adult supervision – because it makes her happy,” she explained.

“Divorce is painful enough for our children,” she said, “and Kanye’s preoccupation with attempting to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publically is just bringing further agony for everybody.”
