KATIE PRICE FINDS HER I’M CELEB BAG DURING TOUR OF OLD HOUSE

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has apparently passed on Katie Price. With the controversy surrounding her life, her supervisors have claimed she is “not suitable for a family show.”

Kate, 43, has reportedly been rejected for the upcoming season of I’m a Celebrity, claiming that she is not a’suitable’ contestant owing to the show’s character.

Katie’s violation of the law would make her unsuitable for the ITV show’s target audience of “a lot of younger viewers.”

Katie is currently on trial for allegedly violating a restraining order against her ex-fiancée husband’s by sending a message accusing the couple of having an affair.

In December of last year, the 43-year-old model received a 16-week suspended sentence for drink-driving.

“There is no doubt that Katie makes great TV and was one of the standouts on I’m A Celeb over the years, but she is too much of a liability for the show to cast her in the All-Stars version” an insider told The Sun.

“Given her pending court case, as well as her existing convictions, the series can’t be seen to endorse her by inviting her back into the jungle.

“Ultimately this show has a very broad audience and a lot of younger viewers, and right now, she isn’t a suitable contestant for a family show.

“Of course, this may change in the future when there has been some distance from all the legal dramas, but as it stands currently, ITV don’t think it would be appropriate – even though they know she would deliver ratings gold.”

The Sun reports that an ITV spokesperson said: “At this point, all casting suggestions are purely speculation”.

Katie has made no secret of her desire to join the star-studded ensemble.

The next season of I’m A Celebrity will feature Gillian McKeith, Caitlyn Jenner, Helen Flanagan, and Stacey Solomon.

Katie was on the show in 2004, where she met her now-ex-husband Peter Andre.

She returned in 2009, but left after only one week since she was chosen to participate in every bushtucker trial.
