sensational singing Rihanna is ecstatic after being honoured with a marble statue at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The singer and business entrepreneur, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky, was unable to attend this year’s Met Gala, but she still managed to steal the show on fashion’s biggest night.

The Umbrella hitmaker moved to Twitter to praise the museum and Vogue magazine for honouring her in such a historic way. She shared a photo of her statue, in which she can be seen displaying her pregnant belly.
“Shut down the marble meeting!” What could be more gilded than that? Lol! Thank you for this historic remembrance! “Y’all screwed up on this one,” she wrote.

The monument was inspired by her cover photograph for Vogue magazine. The Metropolitan Museum of Art, on the other hand, has yet to post anything about the monument dedication.
