Rupert Grint, who played Ron Wealsey in the Harry Potter films, owns a £23 million TV company called Clay 10 and a property empire with his father Nigel.

Rupert Grint’s TV company is now worth £23 million after he waved a magic wand over it.

From the age of 11, the actor, who played Ron Weasley, one of wizard Harry’s closest friends, has run Clay 10 to manage his ‘creative production’ revenue.

It is now valued £23.45 million, up £2.3 million from the previous year, and has more than £8 million in cash assets, according to new accounts.

Rupert’s father, Nigel, owns a property business worth more than £25 million.

Clay 10 is owned by the actor, who is currently 33 years old.

He has starred in a high-profile TV ad campaign promoting British tourism and carried the Olympic torch ahead of the London 2012 Olympics after completing the Potter movie in 2011.

He is now starring in the psychological thriller Servant on Apple TV+, and he has just been cast in the upcoming US horror film Knock At The Cabin, which will be released next year.

Rupert, who has a two-year-old daughter with his actress partner Georgia Groome, 30, is now worth over £50 million as a result of his wise investments.

He gained one million followers in four hours and one minute after joining Instagram in November 2020 and posted a photo of himself cradling his newborn baby.

This set a new Guinness World Record for the fastest Instagram account to reach a million followers.
