In light of their recent separation, sources close to Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have recently detailed down the duo’s run-in at the 2022 Met Gala and how it transpired.

According to HollywoodLife insiders, the couple “did have a run-in with each other at the Met Gala, but it was anything from dramatic.”

“They were spotted briefly conversing, and the encounter seemed cordial and sincere,” said the same person.

“Camila and Shawn have stayed friendly to one other since their breakup and have chatted and met on several occasions.”

“They’re both extremely open about how much they still adore each other.” They are both adults, and failing to recognise the presence of the other would have been embarrassing — not the other way around.”
