The silence of Prince William and Kate Middleton on the 11th anniversary is concerning
Prince William and Kate Middleton have been married for 11 years, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had to celebrate their 11th wedding anniversary on April 29.
The royal couple, on the other hand, remained silent on the day of their 11th wedding anniversary, alarmed royal watchdogs and fans; both Kate and William regularly update their fans and followers on social media on anniversaries and birthdays.
People magazine reports that Prince William chose to work on his anniversary day, appearing on video calls to discuss flooding in Australia without drawing attention to his anniversary with Kate.
On April 29, the Royal Family’s Twitter account retweeted a message from Westminster Abbey, which was the only public acknowledgement of Kate and William’s 11th wedding anniversary.
The Abbey’s heartfelt tweet included a photo from Kate and Prince William’s royal wedding day and read, “Wishing The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a very happy wedding anniversary today!” On this day in 2011, their Royal Highnesses married in the Abbey.”
In previous years, Kate and William have celebrated with photo shoots and videos that included snippets of their lives with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
