Javed Iqbal, a feature film starring Yasir Hussain and Ayesha Omar, has been a major hit on the worldwide stage. The cast’s major characters are in the UK for the British Asian Film Festival, where the film was screened. The crowd reacted positively to the film.

The film was directed by Abu Aleeha and is based on Pakistan’s most famous serial murderer, Javed Iqbal, who admitted to killing over 100 teenage boys in Lahore in 1999. He was later apprehended and sentenced to death, but he committed suicide before his sentence was carried out. “Javed Iqbal” is written and directed by Abu Aleeha, and it is produced by Javed Ahmed under the name of KKFilms.
